About Me

I'm Yue. I recently graduated from University of Liverpool with a doctoral degree in computer science. In my doctoral study, I worked with my supervisor Dr. Jia Meng, making statistical and deep learning approaches for characterizing RNA methylation with respect to functional components and gene structures. I have knowledge in bioinformatics, biostatistics, probability, machine learning and deep learning. I have a broad interest in lots of bioinformatics questions and seek to conduct sound and interesting science. Please check out this website for more information on my skills and research projects.
